ALRA is an association of impartial government agencies in the United States and Canada responsible for administering labor-management relations laws or services. The association promotes:


  • Cooperation among these agencies
  • High professional standards
  • Public interest in labor relations
  • Improved employer-employee relationships
  • Peaceful resolution of employment and labor disputes, and
  • The exchange of information regarding the administration and improvement of agency services including, but not limited to, mediation, conciliation, fact-finding, arbitration, or adjudication

PERC, the Oregon Employment Relations Board, the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service and the National Labor Relations Board are co-hosting the 2017 ALRA Annual Conference in Portland, Oregon from July 22 through July 25, 2017.

As part of the annual conference, ALRA conducts a one day mini-conference for ALRA delegates and advocates with Continuing Legal Education credits available.  The Advocates Day session will be July 24, 2017 at the Benson Hotel in Portland.   Look for further details and registration information on our website as it becomes available.
