This workshop can be customized to meet the needs of beginning, intermediate, or advanced bargainers. Topics could include an introduction to the collective bargaining process; preparing for bargaining; understanding the different bargaining models; the importance of clear and ongoing communication between the parties; applicable collective bargaining law; subjects for bargaining; contract ratification; and administration of the collective bargaining agreement.

This interactive workshop is offered to union and/or employer bargaining teams.
