LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
Labor management committees can be a useful mechanism to maintain and improve a collective bargaining relationship between labor and management during the life of a collective bargaining agreement. PERC provides customized training for new committees wanting to get off on the right foot as well as for mature committees looking to improve the way they function. Topic areas covered in this training may include basic committee functions, group dynamics, trust, communication skills, characteristics of a good meeting, problem solving tools and much more. Training can be tailored to fit the needs of the bargaining teams.
