THE AFFINITY MODEL

Affinity Model

The Affinity model is a tool for brainstorming and discussing economic or multi-pronged issues. By using sticky notes to construct a zone of possible agreement, parties can collaboratively visualize the elements of a mutually acceptable deal or solution. This technique can be included in training for bargaining and labor management committees. Trainings can be tailored to fit the needs of the participants.
