PERC’s conflict prevention/training services include onsite training, speaking, and outreach to help parties create better working relationships, work more collaboratively in developing collective bargaining agreements, and resolve other disputes. Trainings also assist parties in learning roles, obligations, and skills related to collective bargaining and collective bargaining laws. If you have other training/conflict prevention needs, PERC can also create and provide custom trainings.
